1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hello Albania's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hello Albania provides travel booking services including hotel reservations, tour arrangements, and travel planning assistance. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due before the service date unless otherwise agreed
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 30 days before: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellation 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 15 days before: No refund
• Special conditions may apply for certain services

5. Liability

Hello Albania acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for actions or omissions of hotels, tour operators, or other third parties.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
